1. Processing & Dispatch Timeline

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours from our domestic warehouse facilities.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.

2. Delivery Timelines (Pan-India)

  • Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days nationwide via reliable domestic courier partners.

  • Delivery times may occasionally vary slightly depending on extreme weather, local operational delays, or remote Tier-3 locations.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated tracking link and AWB number via SMS, WhatsApp, and email so you can monitor your package in real-time.

4. Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Verification

  • For Cash-on-Delivery orders, our team verifies order intent and complete address details via WhatsApp/SMS prior to dispatch to prevent delivery failures.

  • Please ensure your contact number is active and reachable.

5. Undelivered Shipments / Non-Delivery

  • If you are unavailable during a delivery attempt, the courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times before returning the item to our warehouse. Please contact us promptly if you need to reschedule a delivery.
